  • Full sprinklers
  • Modern elevators
  • Dining room
  • Elegant Garden Court

Our 6 story building on Phinney Ridge, is located directly across from the Woodland Park Zoo and the adjoining Rose Garden.

Frequent Metro bus service provides easy transportation to downtown Seattle . Our 18 person van is used for frequent scheduled activities and weekly shopping.
